You should melee slightly later, if you do it right the melee animation wont be visible atall. Gives you more time to aim the rightlick or to hold left click as you fall

Half HP of the squishy is 100, so 80 is more than half only for Tracer, as she's the only hero with 150HP.

You Melee too early. You shouldn't even see the fist

Whats crazy is that winton needs 4+ hits to kill tracer when most other tanks need 1-4 (more or less, counting abilities)
