It's almost impossible to get Dileucine, only muscletech has it and is never on stock, although I found it curious that only them make it.

It might be simply a better absorption of the leucine and simply 2g leucine was ineffective but higher doses of straight leucine might do the same. And if so I'd gather it's more cost effective as creating a dipeptide ... The muscle tech product is $90 @ 28 x 2g servings dileucine. . A bulk kilo of leucine is half that price and would be 100 x 10g of leucine. 10g leucine may be as or more effective and would be a fraction of the price

Would our body need more precursors to break it down or more protease digestive enzymes? Is the leucine tightly bound or loosely bound? Is it like proline in the sense where we need prolinase which is a rate limiting factor and if we overwhelm prolinase than we run into trouble much l arginine and the amount of arginase each person produces. I also wonder if any inflammatory markers like C reactive protein go up and if it doubles down on too much ammonia build up. Just so many questions as binding two leucine molecules has to be had thought of before.

Their website is not exactly friendly. In fact i think it is poorly constructed, it apears more for contractual buyers than personal. It talks "about" DL185, but offers no buying price until the mouse nibbles more on the cheese. It seems like mostly "a tease", to me. A waste of my time, energy & curiosity.
