Korean Corn-Dog 🌽🌭 That’s how you make it. 👇🏻

Take a wooden skewer, skewer the sausage and cheese. 🧀

For breading:
* 250g flour
* 1 tbsp sugar (erythritol)
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 sachet baking powder
* 1 egg
* Approx. 200 ml milk

As first, mix everything together.
Breading must still be a little runny so that it does not run off the whisk.

Then dip the stick into the panko until everything is covered.

Place the panko breading on a plate and cover the entire corndog.

Place in the pan and fry until the skewer is golden brown.

Then sprinkle with a little sugar (erythritol) and sauce to taste.
