How to Upload High Quality Videos on Instagram

Instagram finally has a setting for uploading high-quality videos. It's a new option in the settings menu of Instagram for data.

You can activate this option under data usage and once activated, it enables high-quality uploads for video over cellular or wifi. This will slow down the video processing and may take longer for your videos to appear publicly. But it should increase the quality of videos on Instagram.

I can only see high resolution media in data usage option
