Just a tip that should be helpful for trading with that farmer: When you harvest crops with a Fortune III tool (including a pickaxe), it will apply to the crop, but I don't think it multiplies it by that much, but it is still a good habit and will get you more emeralds!

9:38 I've always loved that checkerboard pattern. I saw you use it for one of your starter houses like 5 years ago at this rate, and I've probably used it for almost every starter house I've made. You should patent it before I do lol.

You might want to put a fence post or something in the corners of the build to prevent zombies from attacking the villagers through the diagonal.

Excited for the video! Much respect for draining the monument the old-fashioned way: sand and sponges! I just started a new world and haven't even found an ocean monument yet, but you've got my cogs turning about what to do when I come across one!

Ive done 3 guardian farms altogether, 2 where I drained them and the most recent one, the one in my 2.5 year old world is a soulsand, non drain one. However, there is something special about draining an entire ocean monument and making it your own. Cant wait to see how this turns out in the end 😊

Hey Python, just a reminder. You can now move villagers by leading them in a boat. It was a bedrock exclusive but welcome to the club. Also, if needed, you could add another village under the stairs. Call him Harry. Love the vids

I'm not sure I like the somewhat odd layout of the stone 'support' pillars for the new trading hall, what with the door leaving three on one lower side while there's only two elsewhere, but the internal staircase does look really cool. Considering that it's a large and reasonably open indoor space though, it might be worth adding some particle effects of the spore blossom variety.
