Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
• 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
• ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
• 2 chicken breasts
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 4 romaine leaves, rinsed
• 1 celery stalk, julienned
• 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
• 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
• 4 tbsp Good Foods Buffalo Dip
Instructions
1. Add chicken broth, buffalo wing sauce, chicken, garlic powder and onion powder to an Instant Pot. Set to manual high pressure for 15 minutes. When finished cooking, quick release pressure using a towel or tongs to protect your hand from steam. (Letting it naturally release is ok, too).
2. Remove chicken from pot and place on cutting board. Using two forks, shred chicken, then return to pot. Set Instant Pot to Sauté and let it cook until all the liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
3. In a medium bowl, add shredded chicken and Good Foods Buffalo Dip; stir until combined.
4. To assemble, fill each lettuce leaf with shredded chicken, celery, green onion and red cabbage. Enjoy!
