I was 220. I started losing weight two years after high school. Than I decided to go down the weight I was supposed to which is 160-165. I gained back a little of my weight to 170to 175. Than I started diet and exercising again. Back down to 167 again. I eat brown rice instead of white rice which is healthier for you, whole wheat bread instead of white bread. I eat wheat flour pasta instead of white flour pasta which is healthier for you, I make sure to drink half gallon of water a. day. I drink plant milk instead of cow's milk. I eat mushrooms, green peas, corn, oatmeal, wheat Chex instead of Rice Chex which wheat Chex have more protein and fiber, I eat carrots, celery, broccoli, white potatoes, apples, pears, bananas, oranges.
