I bought this exact second hand digital camera on a shop off of instagram. Before when I used to turn it on and it needs charged, it would show “Battery Exhausted” and then I would charge the battery, but now it doesn’t show it all and doesn’t turn on like it used to. Does this mean I need to replace the battery or is it a problem with the camera? The camera model is a Nikon coolpix s3100
