There’s a movable piece between the wheel and screw and when turned screws the wheel in. Spinning the wheel doesn’t screw it in. That’s where you have to take the wrench and screw it in.

Did you ever figure out the wheels? I am going to buy one here in a few and hope I can get the wheels on. Lol
