Just don’t forget that thick roots like that love to get stuck in pots. Even submerged completely in water. Speaking from experience with a smashed bamboo pot. 😭✌🏼

I love growing mines more in water. They are such easier to grow. The mother plant is in soil. But all of her babies are in water and growing well.

Always top off, never fully change the water! Plant cutting release rooting hormones into the water and if you just top off when low you will keep the hormones in the water

I did this and the stalk grew 4 leaves. But then, each leaf started yellowing and died in the order they came in. Now I just have one and I don’t want to lose it. Should I pot it? For some reason it’s not happy in water anymore. 😢
