Tip for self tanning your back, especially the lower middle back- flip the mitt around on your hand so you’re blending side is on the back of your hand. Reach under and back instead of over. Total game changer :)

Wish I had this video when I started self tanning!
To do my back I put my mitt over the brush on one of those long handled shower brushes and secure it with a hair tie. Works like a dream!

I love self tanner and as someone who lives in hot and humid south Texas, I HATE the process as well. I'm also a big girl so I have bits that rub and stay tacky even longer. A tip I've been using for years is to apply a thin layer of powder in the areas that will have skin to skin contact like the backs of your knees and the crux of your elbows. Let the self tanner dry for at least 10 minutes before applying the thin layer of powder and you're all set!
