Do you think the processing in dry food/kibble can cause an allergic reaction? My dogs pimples and scratching subsided significantly once we switched to canned foods

I wondered myself if canine food allergies arose from feeding them the same protein for years on end. So then, would you recommend changing their proteins so they receive a variety of different proteins? And how often would you switch proteins... every month, every 3 months or even every week? I know it's important to keep the percentage of protein, fat and fiber close to the same amounts as possible, but do you have any other recommendations or things to keep in mind? I would appreciate hearing from you regarding these questions.

You gave the cause of food allergies but not how to prevent them. So would switching the protein every so many days or weeks or months be a good preventative?

Hey 👋 good buddy so good to hear you talk again I know Arnold is happy he is setting here watching you he is doing better I was puzzled and so was the vet when I had him down there because they weighed him and he was down to 57 pounds he had lost 21 pounds but to look at him it doesn't look like he lost a pound I guess he has had a lot of fluids on him a long time ago has to be something like that we hope you have a wonderful stress free day 😉 good buddy 👋 😀
