I gotta admit: I noticed Joel using the basic blue Bic pen last season, and it reminded me of how great those pens were. I used them back in junior high (30 years ago). So I went out and bought a pack. They are probably the best budget pen you can buy...they are super cheap, write smoothly and dependably. I'd venture to say they are one of the last great deals in 'Murica! Thanks, Joel, for bringing some attention to this classic pen.
