Mini Lunch Box Cake | Valentine's Special Recipe

Hey guys! Happy Valentine’s y’all XD

Today we’ll be preparing the cutesy mini lunch box cake on account of this special day.
I’ve received lots of requests on Instagram for this cake and here you go!

Since love is in the air, why not prepare this amazing mini lunch box cake which can signify your love for your close ones! I don’t know any other way which takes you close to your loved one’s heart other than food, and this cake can take you all the way❤️

With the packaging, whipped cream and decoration on top, this can make a great bake for the occasion of Valentine’s Day! The best part is, you can also make this cake any time of the year as it is relatively simple and almost always gets the client’s attention:)

This cake also doesn’t require much preparation or ingredients so it makes it all the more easier for y’all to make.

Material required:
Vanilla sponge cake (you can use a 5 Inch Cake tin and half the recipe) (Recipe link given below)
Sugar syrup (100g water + 30-40g sugar)
Whipped cream
Fresh strawberries
Gel colours - pink and red
Painting palette knife
Writing tip nozzle
Piping bag
Baking paper
Lunch box
Sprinkles of your choice

Shelf life - As it contains fresh fruits, it should be consumed within 2 days.
Storage - In the refrigerator for best results.
Flavour options - You can use any fresh fruits of your choice or can use compotes / jams / fruit fillings.
You can also use chocolate truffle, buttercream, or ganache filling and frosting.

If we close the lid of the lunch won't the butter paper spoil the frosting of the cake as the butter paper is quite big.
