Some clarifications:

The "same encodings in a row" cannot contain the same three in a row, but can appear in the fourth.
Ex: maritime, ???, ???, maritime
Which does not match your example:
Ex: maritime, ???, ???, ???, maritime

Additionally, this three-in-a-row rule rules out the *entire* Boozleglyph encoding, rather than the individual sets. The way the module handles picking an encoding is by picking an encoding, including Boozleglyphs as a whole, and only upon picking the Boozleglyph encoding does it actually choose a set. This was to ensure that Boozleglyphs didn't occur more often than the other encodings.

However, none of this is relevant to the solving process of the module.
