it's interesting that these OEM's are coming up with these more hybrid like irons and they're getting pretty decent spin. Last year's launchpad 2 was similar in where it looked like they wouldn't spin and they actually got good spin. 5000 spin on a 30° iron is pretty good.

I'm guessing you will have to buy the Stealth DHY 4I if you want something other than a hybrid. I was at the indoor range that I have been working at this winter and the Pro is a Taylormade Rep. A buddy, who is relatively new to the game was with me and is in the process of upgrading from his starter set to a more permanent set of irons. He tried these and was impressed. I tried them and was impressed. I'm a P790 guy but these things shocked me in their consistency. I hit five straight seven iron shots and the dispersion was less than five yards between all of the shots.

Yep, they are funny looking but I'll be damned if I won't be looking at something like this in about four years when I turn 60 and start having to make harder decisions on what I want to put in my bag as I get more into those so called 'Golden Years'.
