If it says the two files are not able to delete. Be sure to have STOPPED the window update completely like he shown. N then it'll work

Windows 10 is heaps of garbage. I never had problems like this with windows 7.

IT DOES NOT WORK. I have been trying for 3 hours plus, and following your procedures as instructed. My computer says "initialising, then installing for a very brief moment, then downloading up to 25% before going back to initialising etc. going through the whole process over and over again without success. Microsoft needs to fix this. I have even reset my whole computer with installation disc and it still won't update.

Thank you SO MUCH! While it took nearly 6 hours for my computer to update once I had done these steps, it worked! No more update errors.

just tried this method will come back later and post any issues I have or if it worked. Look in the comments for any issues or solutions I might have when it comes to updating. It's been a process to update windows first my bios was out of date so I had to update bios then it still failed to update tried the command prompts with no success, eather this works or i'm keeping this version of windows.
