Thank you... I use your angelic voice, to calm myself and sleep. My heart is broken. And I pray for rest that never seems to come. Your Little House in The Big Woods and this, my favourite... is my world right now. When I wake up? Youre still reading but I can make it, now.... to 3 hrs 21 minutes. That's the most I've slept in god knows how long. Depression has found my brain. What a horrible after effect of this nightmare thrown into my world. But? I am comforted momentarily by your uploads. I’ve never begged anyone for anything before - at least not online to someone I’ve never met in person. But there’s a first for everything and I am compelled to make an exception just this one time!

Joanna, your voice is sublime. So gentle, so kind, so caring. So sweet and empathic. The most perfect voice for relaxation and ASMR. And although I’ve watched many of your videos now without commenting, there is one that I come back to again and again. In fact I love it so much that I’ve been listening to it in bed every night since I first discovered it on your channel, some 3 months ago! As someone with chronic and debilitating insomnia, I am a huge fan of original sleep stories - as in stories that relax you and help you wind down before sleep. There are many channels that offer these original sleep stories, written by the same person who goes on to narrate them, and I have listened to many hundreds if not thousands of these now, if not more. But the absolute best one, hands down the most atmospheric as well as the one that delivers the best ASMR experience I’ve ever found on online is without doubt your Sleepy Train Journey.
I know that writing your own sleep stories is not something you often do. But please - can I just throw myself down at your feet and beg you to write at least one more sleep story like it?? I know Sleepy Train Journey by rote now, I can actually recite the whole story to myself I’ve listened to it so many, many times! So it’s got to the point where I am just desperate to listen to something new, but only something written by you and narrated in your uniquely soothing, caring, exceptional ASMR voice. You simply have the best voice in the entire audio relaxation movement here on YouTube! And if ever you were to start making your own sleep stories in the same style as your simply superb Sleepy Train Journey, it would be a dream come true for me! If this dream of mine were actually ever to come true, I honestly believe I might never again suffer from the treatment-resistant chronic insomnia (as well as all the medical conditions I’ve accumulated due to severe sleep deprivation) that have plagued me for over 30 years now, ever since I was a teen. But if that is too big of an ask then I entirely understand - just one more sleep story like The Sleepy Train Journey would still mean the world to me, and would also help me feel so safe and so comforted when I go into hospital next week for the experimental operation on my brain to remove the damaged piece of tissue that the medics are kind of hoping against hope could be responsible for my chronic inability to get to sleep. And just in case I haven’t begged hard enough, then please, please, I beg you Joanna, PLEASE! You are so supremely talented at what you do but in my eyes, it’s your Sleepy Train Journey video that makes you a real star!!!
