Я намерен помогать людям бросать вызов своим болям в спорте, физкультуре, развитие личность через внимание к организму, и достигать своих целей.
Для этого я использую Коучинг и свой опыт работы с телом.

Мне интересна работа с телом, так как считаю, что здоровье, энергия и красота нашего организма всегда актуальна и в любом возрасте.

Я изучаю вопрос физического здоровья и Wellnes coaching.
Я окончательно решил, что буду продолжать развивать себя как Wellness Coach (Коуч ЗОЖ - здорового образа жизни).
О чём это?
Самые частые запросы, с которыми я работаю:
• нет мотивации к физическим занятиям;
• хочу избавиться от лишнего веса;
• хочу быть здоровым;
• не могу заставить себя привести тело в форму;
• хочу правильно питаться;
• хочу бегать по утрам;
• хочу улучшить свои спортивные результаты;
• нет времени на посещение фитнес-клуба;
• не ощущаю поддержки со стороны близких в похудении;
• хочу пробежать марафон и т. д.

С этого момента я намерен вести свой блог на своей странице в этом направлении и развивать эту тему, делится информацией и призывать на работу со мной на благ тех кто хочет действовать и работать над своим блаполучием.

The fluidity is just stunning. Every move is so exact and never needs any adjustment. Every part of your bodies is exactly where it's supposed to be at all times. I also love how you never lose contact during the partnering. You two are so skilled. I just wish the piece had more of a story to give meaning to those stunning movements.
