This is the second video on my Scaling series. In this video, I discuss how you can have acquisition scale on customers, value scale on price and cost scale on the units. I'll focus on how to approach cost scaling effectively so you can develop the right pricing strategy for your SaaS business. Cost scaling was the first type of scale that was discovered and we still use it today. By producing high volume, we can produce products cheaper and sell them cheaper to compete. How does this work in SaaS?
