I would say maybe you could use some more suede in your collection (unless of course you dont like suede too much). I love suede/rough out though. some dark brown suede tassels or maybe a snuff suede penny would be great to add I think, especially for the summer.

As far as size goes, I think that you are at a healthy limit. bookcase -healthy . I am not a derby fan, but I think that the last shoe you showed is exceptionally beautiful. But My whore wings would have to be a balmoral. . my collection started from 11 to 15 inch tall beetle boots none of that ankle high crap and from there I just liked everything to be closed laced or zipped on .my derby/blutchers. Don’t get much use as I am just not used to them. I can only wear them to the car before I change my mind and go back and change out of them.. baby steps
