The first one is actually true like I cry in my sleep sometimes and then I wake up half awake kicking my legs and talking about the dream. The second one I always believed but I’m not sure if it’s true or not because I just naturally just have long eyelashes so they don’t really grow that much no matter how much I cry. And when I cry it is mostly out of my left eye because when I’m crying I’m mostly upset. And I hope that the one that says you lose a bit amount of weight when you cry is not true because I’m already skinny enough but not to my bones cause that’s creepy.

I once slept over at my partner’s house. A few hours before sleeping, my friend was debating relapsing on SH. She didn’t, but it had frightened me so much that I had dreamt that me and her were sitting in a room. She was giving me stuff she owned, I was baffled. The rest of her money, her phone, her belongings in general. She smiled, then left the room. I was stuck in that room with all that she gave me as she walked out the door. I was crying in my sleep before I had actually woken up and since I was on the lower bunk with my partner on the top bunk, they had heard me.

They didn’t bring it up until I had told them the dream, it’s when I realized that I didn’t know what I’d do without my best friend.

I have cried in my sleep before. it's a sad feeling. I once cried because I had a nightmare about my family hitting me even though they've never hit me irl. I also cried in my sleep when I had a nightmare about seeing my best friend die. She means the world to me but unfortunately we don't go to the same school

as someone who cries nearly every single day, i can tell you i havent lost any weight, even when i have anxiety attacks and mental breakdowns lmao. and the "left eye, pain, right eye, happy" is bs because I've been let down so many times and it hurts, yet my tears usually always start in my right eye.

Crying while I’m sleeping happens a lot and mostly when it’s a happy dream but when it’s a nightmare I wake up automatically and if you wake up before you finish then you’ll remember so i remember ALMOST EVERY NIGHTMARE EVER sadly 😢
