I’ve seen slimes with pom poms before, actually I got one that’s just like that one there but a lot smaller once.
Pom poms aren’t always spikey, they can just be sort of homogenous ‘fluff’ that doesn’t stick out very far, they work super well in slimes in my opinion I like the squishiness they add, and unlike jelly cubes you can mash them without them breaking apart.
