IMSA 12 Hours of Sebring | Mustang GT3 | Ford Performance

At the second round of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, held during the 72nd Annual Twelve Hours of Sebring, Ford Multimatic Motorsports secured two Top-10 finishes in the GTD Pro class with cars No. 64 and No. 65. Additionally, the No. 55 Proton Competition car finished P16 in the GTD class.

The GTD class will next race in Long Beach, California, on April 20th, while the GTD Pro class's next event is set for WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, from May 10-12.

You guys looked great out there! Saw some in car footage for the #64 in the 1st half, after they showed a lap by Dixon in the #01 GTP car. Honestly wish the NBC/Peacock crew showed more of each team in each class.

These cars seem to have good reliability, and the pace seems to be getting better. But they just keep getting unlucky when it comes to getting hit.

At least they finished ahead of the corvettes. Those vettes seem to be having lots of durability issues.

As a Chevy guy I have to say, it was cool seeing those Mustangs at Sebring this year! They were definitely one of the better sounding cars there. We need more of that American roar at these races!

What happened to the 55, I was switching back and forth with sumo. On the replay I saw where it was coming through the S's with the group, then it just pulled over. The report commenting wasn't very good regarding an incident.

Trying to find race info is very difficult, IMSA having 4 different classes, then they list the teams but never state what cars theyre even driving, there is almost no marketing or advertising, trying to follow any of this racing is practically impossible.
And everything on TV is almost all about LMP

Reminds me alot of when the c5r was being developed to compete with the gtsr, they will never catch up with the c8. I wish ford would have went with the gt instead of the mustang.
