Right to be proud of a young team that came from two down to take it to pens.. Leko’s goal was classy but his pen was shocking.. same as cosgrove, got up well to put the header towards goal but his pen was predictable. Hopefully a good learning curve and minutes for the lads. Well done John and the team.

Makes a nice change to hear a positive, upbeat, proud, post match interview. (After hearing most of last season's, wanted to slash my wrists)
I think whoever recruited JE and his staff, have found a real gem.

Cosgrove out and leko out - I wouldn't pay them with chocolate buttons - with the money we can get from them we can buy some new coat hooks for the dressing room and have 2 spaces left over - leko is just useless I wouldn't put any faith in him John he will help towards getting you the sack - as for being hard to play against didn't they score 2 goals in so many minutes just before half time - didn't Norwich have a weak team as well as us

The more I hear of John, the more I'm impressed with him, talks really well and is very optimistic about the future makes you feel confident in his ideas and way of playing and also giving the youth a shot at playing first team football. KRO

Happy to be out of the competition as soon as possible.

TBH I'm not a fan of changing the team for cup games, but I was hoping for the youngsters to get a game and do well, so this was a result for me. Unlucky to go out on pens, but showed great spirit to come back from two down against a top club.

Unlucky to go out on pens, pot luck and it wasn’t on our side tonight and that’s football however good a team you are. Cardiff Saturday we will be ready for that I’m sure. Unbeaten in 90 mins still this season after the 3 games. Think we will get something in Wales Cardiff haven’t had the best start at all! KRO💙

From 2-0 down with a much changed side including youth to get it to pens we can't ask for much more... Pens are a lottery and if you look at all the championship sides who fell to lesser teams tonight we've done well.... Lets get to Wales and bring them 3pts home now Saturday 😊

Shame Leko couldnt hav scored the peno even if we still went out. He needs all the luck in the world and pleased he got his 1st goal but seems like the up is always follwed by the down with him.

Excellent fight back. Penalty shootouts are NOT a lottery though; they are a test of putting the ball in the net. A lottery would be a coin toss.
