I prefer PVC heating and forming just like a metal diapason organ pipe larger and much longer in a "J" shape. Not piercing but mellow and not weak winded.

I love this idea, but I tried and tried but could not get it to make a sound. I might try again, but I have no idea what I did wrong. Awesome design though! I just hope I can get it to work.
