I think Cal gets Battle Iq, and Maul gets force power.
Maul was an extremely talented general and was overall very intelligent, but when it came when he was battling, he was an idiot. He was skilful with a lightsaber, but there was many times he could have killed obi-wan by forcing him off into the abyss, but he wanted to kill him with his own blade. Also of course Maul gets Force strength.

Maul takes everything and slaughters Cal with low-difficulty.

Cal doesn't have any advantage. Maul was able to easily ragdoll Grievous with the force. Something most force users couldn't even dream of doing. He also casually broke Obi-Wans force wall many times. And as far as IQ goes, just watch the clone wars arc where he takes over Mandalore.

IQ and Force Power to Maul. Love both characters but Maul organised a criminal empire and Maul is likely stronger in the force (but we have to see how strong Cal will get later on).
