if anyone wants to hear someone with NPD in a relationship during the devaluation times ohhh have i got recordings for you, lol... started recording as a way to keep my sanity throughout being gaslit and doubting my reality. and he did try to get me back with the lovebombing telling me hed marry me etc but it was all to manipulate trial outcomes which luckily i caught onto and dropped the recordings to the court lol some of them are on my profile here for those curious. if it sounds familiar LEAVE. it does NOT get better and in fact only get more dangerous to your life

That’s when I started thinking I was socio. I’ve broken narcs and always discarded them and humiliated them right before they did so to me. I’m good at getting in and getting out. I take the lovebombing and then I run!! They seriously dont know what to do lol. I always win. I have some letters to write btw lol

I met a guy and called out his behaviour in the idealising/love bombing phase. He then confirmed my suspicion by ghosting. I blocked him EVERYHWERE including his work email haha. Two months later I get the message from one of his co-workers that he definitely wants him to tell me he says hi. I acted like I heard nothing. They are patient as hell to get the last word.
