Mikey to ignore the "Engineer" and going ahead and throwing a pressure relief pipe in there tells me exactly what kind of Contractor and person you GOOD KIND". You can teach many "Other" contractors a thing or two about doing the right thing.... Doing it doing it right the first time. Your son has an awesome example to follow.
Much respect my friend ⭐⭐🏆⭐⭐

You’re the Boss Dirt Boss!!! I’m really liking this channel a lot because you take the time to explain your work and you perform great work. I’m hoping to have my own excavating company by the time I’m in my mid 30’s. My hats off to you for buying your employee a new pair of boots for graduating, I respect that! Nice job on completing that job and fixing that drain. Keep up the good work😎👍🏻

What a difference.... It is hard to believe how little some people think about surface water management.... and how little others know about how to handle it once it's underground. But, I agree, you do what is necessary even if you have to polish the turd a little to get it done!

Nice 'N Nce Bos Buddy!

Colin, hang in there you'll learn a lot. Even if you can't figure out how to use it right now.... It'll come in handy one day!!!

All done, until next year !!!
Right call on re siting the pipe, saved time and effort sorting the existing one out ! I used to mark existing ducts etc. with a shovel or similar for the machine operator, never did think about spraying them, if only I 🤷‍♂️
Pleased Colin has a good pair of boots now, not your average graduation present but definitely worth every penny!!!

I agree with Mark G 110%. You are that rare kind — the kind who cares about his customers and does right by them. Also nice to see Colin progressing. If he sticks with it he’ll do well, because he couldn’t have a better teacher. Just be patient, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Listen to Mike and learn and one day you’ll get a chance on either Kubota.

Yeah, a mess but nice! You said the 121 was a little small for all those trees but once again in life we find, "it ain't the size, it's how we use it"!!! (Ugly affair? Just what are you doing down there?) HE SAYS, "HELLO" in the pipe - crack me up! You're too much! Thanks buddy, love it! Sonny

Hey Mike, as others have said, what a mess. Kudos to you for making this work, especially the 4" pipe as that would have been an issue in the long haul. So nice of you to give Colin (sp?) those work boots. He seems to be a good helper and not afraid to get his hands dirty. Thumbs up my friend. Be safe. Stanley in Md.

Boy, that was a mess. Looks a lot better now though. The regrading should take care of the water issues too. Good job Boss.

Mike that came out great 👍. Glad to see water hooked up to that saw . I worked for a road crew few years back and they never wanted to use water so I refused to do the cutting. I’m not Getting silicosis .You clean that project up nice

The BOSS knows how to get it done.
I agree with the white pipe, a lot times Engineers don't get it.
But the BOSS knows!
