Step 1) Do not overclock your GPU and close all the overclocking apps
Step 2) Do a clean installation of graphics driver
Step 3) Set TdrDelay value to 10

Step 4) Laptop users with dual graphics card run the game on dedicated graphics card

I tried many different approaches, but eventually downclocking nVidia's GPU solved this issue.

I tried everything, changing power cord, changing the 16pin cable, updating bios, removing onboard gfx card, updated Nvidia, change to Nvidia studio drivers, underclocking etc. etc. etc. Absolutely nothing works, so im left with a new computer which doesnt run anything, i have this problem in all games accesing the gfx card...

None of this will work guys if you wanna fix it on integrated graphics just set up the page file on the disk where your game is and if it still gives that error then go to your motherboard bios and then go to peripherals and then set your allocated graphics memory as high as you can in my case it was 1024 mb it reserved my ram for graphics it wont improve performance it will decrease your ram and book it for graphics only so that your game will detect that and it will allow you to play with some lags due to low memory if you have 16 gb ran or 12 gb ram then just do it lol you have lots of ram and it wont affect your games
