Join us for the final episode of our five-week family adventure from Northeastern Ontario to Telegraph Creek in Northern BC in this thrilling YouTube video. What a trip! The kids definitely are troopers and tough. They toughed it out thru rain, wind, whatever. Great views in the canyons and Rockies. The lodge was very nice. The off road camper was just the thing for your travels. I have a teardrop camper which I enjoy also. Not off road tho, but comfortable and fun. Only 850 lb. Jim. Awesome family adventure! BUT, you owe it to yourself to checkout the F150 Powerboost before you buy another truck. It is a hybrid with cty/hwy mpg rating of 24mpg. It has more power than you Chevy, with 430hp and 500 lb/ft of torque and most of the torque is below 2000 rpm. Your truck is constantly hunting for the right gear. The F150 Powerboost just locks in at 1500-1800 rpm and stays there until you top the hill. My trailer is twice as heavy as yours and it pulls is with ease. The cherry on top is the 7.2kw built-in generator. It will power your camp (or home) for a week on less than a tank of gas. It is a trailer campers dream!
