This literally just happened to me last night but it was x1000 worse without being hit of course. There was a torrential downpour out of nowhere and my stepbrother and I began running to our house through the ran. We were soaked and in pain from pushing ourselves to get out of the nightmare because we’re nowhere close to the house and we were approaching this path in the darkness that took us home from the main road. The next second as we’re running my vision goes solid white and I hear the most deafening crack of thunder like a cannon going off quite literally a foot away from my right side. I swear I could even feel the heat from the flash. My stepbrother eas just behind where it hit. We were both extremely lucky.

It’s the suddenness of it and the fact that you were entirely at the mercy of nature but you’re only realizing that in hindsight that’s so terrifying. This is so much scarier than the video lets on.

That happened to me too, but I used my superpowered heat shield to deflect it just in time

It is not advisable to use umbrella during lightning or thunderstorm as the handle of the umbrella is made up of metal which conducts electricity

Hope you understand, pls give me likes

If you put it in slow mode, it almost looks like it came from the ground. Obviously, it didn't, but it looks weird.

The closest I've been to a lightning strike was seven feet, but I was in a car. This guy cut it way too close!

he didn't get hit, yeah we saw what looked like a lightning bolt in the camera but that was likely a reflection
