I bought a downloadable model on the Sketchfab store. It's quite pricey but when I try to upload it to edit annotations the image is not the same... I mean the textures are not there and the general quality is much worse then the original. Any suggestion for this?

Is there a way to set a template? like saving bg color and post sittings and maybe save a material, because I'm working at a company and i suggested to make all the products in 3d for the website, and saving some sittings will save a lot of time
