Javascript Project for Beginners | Code a random strings generator

Показать описание
In this video of projects for beginners using Javascript, I will build a random string generator. A very easy but useful project for all the self-taught and full-stack developers who might want to build websites, web applications, or even software. You take a set of characters you want and scramble them, the final result is a string that doesn't make sense, but it is super useful when it comes to creating recovery links for passwords or emails. Create API keys for your users or smart links in your e-commerce website. As I said, tons of projects, use cases, and technologies use something as simple as this in their codebases.
What could you learn from something like this? First of all, become more familiar with the language, which is never a bad thing. Secondly, using the random library is always a good way to get into that randomness or genetic algorithm. Moreover, working with strings and lists and arrays, understanding what mutable and immutable objects are, can help you build solid foundations for your coding smartness, your skills, and the quality of your work.
This is just the first episode in this series, make sure to watch the others where I'll explore many other things, starting from beginners stuff, up to more pro and advanced projects. Build web applications and other cool stuff to put on your resume and get hired or noticed by tech companies.
Make sure to check them out as well as videos in between where I talk in a more 1-to-1 manner about what being a self-taught programmer is, what it takes to change career if it's worth it in 2021, and my struggles and lessons learned in this almost 2 years of programming.
Thank you very much for watching, I hope to see you again,
BeGeos,
