When building supply chain also it's good to have air, land and ocean options.

Next level to this for us was having more than 4-5 companies/forwarders for each, so we can request offers and then negotiate for much better price, which most of the time reduces the initial offer between 15% and almost 50%.

In the beginning we had just 1 partner for air, 1 for land and 1 for ocean, thinking we are building business together and loyalty will give us the best deals over time when we deserve them, but it's not actually how it's working.
