Best of all, these workouts typically only take 10 minutes or less, so you can get fast & dramatic results that help you look good naked and perform like a BEAST...without dedicating your life to fitness. (a) Banded Slow Eccentric Incline Bench (5 reps)
(b) Incline Bench (5 reps)
(c) Alternating From Top Incline Bench (5 reps/arm)
(d) Incline Crush Grip Bench Press (5 reps)
(e) Flat Bench Press (5 reps)
(f) Alternating From Bottom Bench Press (5 reps/arm)
(g) Crush Grip Bench Press (5 reps)
(h) Push Up (5 reps)
(i) Banded Fat Gripz Crossover (10 reps)
[Perform 3 Rds. - Rest 2-3 min. b/w each]
***Weights Used: 71 lb. and 53 lb. kettlebells***
