To everyone upset about them getting the little ones first, I understand and share your pain. The reason they do that is because the bigger ones bleed more and make it difficult to get the little ones later. Plus they tend to hurt more, so they're saved for last before they move on from that area.
Hope this knowledge helps ease some of the frustration when you see that now.

IF there is a bump and you pierce it, and squeeze a little but the bump remains, SQUEEZE AGAIN! Until the bump is flat it means there is still some stuff inside. Also, why avoid the obvious ones? Anything but relaxing!

We need whoever filmed the video from earlier today to always film. Nice steady shots, was able to see the area being worked on and the transitions were smooth and never missed any pops.
