Just imagining Elliot now just laying back looking at the pile of sendico goodies and softly saying "was it good for you too?" Lmao

15:08 useless trivia: the Logitech we know operates under the brand Logicool in Japan. This is because there already has been a company called Logitec in Japan since 1982, which seems to be the company that made those earbuds. Hence the unfamiliar logo.

The thing you opened at 2:10 seems to be an unofficial Yo-kai Watch themed case for a New Nintendo 3DS LL, you can use it to either store 3DS game cartridges or Yo-kai medals. I didn't know they existed, honestly as a Yo-kai Watch fan that is super cool!

That Lavender 2DS and Gold Famicom Disk are some of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.

Such a wonderful and invaluable insight here. Consoles vary from country to country, and Japan definitely had so many interesting Nintendo consoles aesthetically alone.

The "WHAT IS THIS" at the 15 minute mark is an accessory to hold discs you'd get from arcade machines in Japan. There's a Pokemon game there that connects to phones/(maybe)3DS games and also gives little tokens. I am only 70% sure how it works as I never tried to use it myself, but I saw little kids get tokens and the like.

At 14:40, that's the Pokemon Tretta accessory for the 3DS.
So basically, in several Asian countries, there are Pokemon Tretta arcade machines where, after playing, you get a small NFC chip with a Pokemon coded onto it. You can then use those same chips to upon replay of the arcade game.
There was a companion accessory made for the 3DS and only released in Japan that can also read said chips.

14:45 I remember my sister playing a lot of this Pokémon Tretta Lab arcade and collecting those chips in Asia. They essentially communicate by some sort of NFC if I remember correctly and it's cool you can take a look on what you got on a 3DS :o Would keep an eye on it for her.

Edit: Just impulsively bought one from Yahoo Auctions :/

i honestly really like this kind of content. its just a barrage of cool shit with your chaotic commentary amplifying it. although i guess this kind of video is probably pretty expensive unless you're reselling all the stuff you don't keep.

Christmas came early for Elliot—
That much was clearly told.
But in Japan, tis a different story:
"All our Nintendo are sold!"

Love seeing super old items that are so perfectly preserved. I wonder what its life was like until it made it to you.

Elliott, the iPod you got there is an iPod Nano. So far, you don't have the "black dot" (the battery expanding). I think its a nice iPod but any repair is impossible because of fragile components and any repair requires soldering. That won't stop you of course, if anybody could do it, it would be you. On another note, that is one of prettiest pockets I've ever seen.

Japanese man: I need to sell all my messed up Nintendo consoles and accessories.

Pokémon Tretta! Nice! I always wanted to get my hands on one of those. It was an arcade machine. It gave out a tretta if you caught the Pokémon and you could use that tretta on your team next time by scanning it in (like the injustice and marvel champions arcade games). 14:40

14:57 that's a 3ds version of the Japanese Pokemon Pogs arcade game where they use these little Pokemon Pogs/chips as their Pokemon and I'm guessing they made a version of that arcade game for 3DS for Japan, I had no idea that existed! Looks really fun lol
