Week 9 at Zolder! My other best track of the season along with Belle Isle. I gained 1000 iRating here last season, can't wait for another great week! (hopefully)

Some new insights. No breaking in Turn 4? ok.. Looking forward to test that out. I like your thoughts on race lines and hotlaps. Your very fast and you explanation of the different setups helps me to understand that part of racing.

I personally also found it hard to find the brake markers here. For turn 8 I use counting. If you go past the end of the curb on the left side, count till 3. That's where the brake marker was for me. Helped me a lot in practice to find the right place. Same thing for turn 12 it's count to one after 100 meter board.

I find Zolder VERY frustrating (as opposed to the Nordscleiffe last week which is SO satisfying....I'm at 8:09 there) but really struggle here. I therefore thought I'd check out a track guide and came across yours. Very interesting and I'll practice again this evening. What I'll also try NOT to do, is have another collision with you at the 1st chicane, this time! Haha! Has to have been you Ben (Ben Evans3 ?) and much as I heard your comment about giving space and I responded with something about being 1st to the genuinely couldn't hear your responses after that. I have a CV1 and the headphones have died, so am relying on speakers until my Reverb G2 arrives....eventually!

Anyway, thanks for this and I'll give you a gentlemanly nod of the head as regards our coming together!

Weird curveball with Zolder this week as the layout avoids the last chicane before the home straight. Loads of people not realising until after a load of first lap carnage.

BTW nordschleife last season was our first race I think? So we missed our anniversary 😂😂

Can you make changes in the garage? I thought the races is the Skippy was fixed.
