I started using the neutrogena Norwegian formula and also soaking my hands in avacado oil every night. The avacado oil is a complete game changer. I put it on and then cotton gloves. Works amazingly!!

I don't know why but a hand cream does not work for me, it drys too fast and it won't stay on for long so I use a Petroleum jelly/Vaseline for my hands. My hands are currently softer than my face rn, It heals cracked skin or skin that is dry or peeling off.
