Left lieutenant paldron written "ultra", lieutenant helm, laurels on the helm that he gets at the end of the campaign...same right knee pad, same left shinguard with the laurel and skull. The guy on the left has a different tabard than Gadriel, and also an iron halo, but then i remembered Titus went without his squad. Im betting its him.
