Finding a spacious apartment in the middle of big city can be way too hard or way too expensive for almost any of us. Therefore usually, you end up choosing between the place, or the space. Some choose space and decide, that commuting is not that big of deal, but those, who choose the place, well there’s a different story.
No matter how big your home, you want to be able to maximize your use of the space. In a larger area, this is a bit easier to do with the careful placement of furniture and organized storage solutions. However, as a home gets smaller, space-saving solutions have to get a bit more creative. One way to maximize space in a small home is through the use of levels. We see this often in lofted bed designs, but there are myriad ways to use vertical space to keep a small home organized and feel spacious. Tiny apartment featured in this post are a bit undersized, but in their design, certainly don't feel that way.

Clever ideas used in the partition between living and bedroom (slide out table top, stool storage, swivelling TV, hidden door. I would still try to have a pull-down bed so that over time the space would not feel as restricted. (This would affect the installation of the TV. The table top would then have to fold out from the wall). G Ire
