It was a complete shutout. Canelo dominated the fight. I hope we see the Crawford fight next. It's a big fight. As for Edgar, I'm not sure he will want to fight someone like Plant coming off that loss. Maybe some like Derevyanchenko.

Berlanga did better in the fight than is being told, and NOT just because he lasted 12. He landed a lot of good shots in exchanges, his jab was landing really good most of the fight. And he landed a lot of good body shots. Canelo hadn’t been hit that clean since GGG, and was loosing steam in the last 2 rounds. People are stuck on narratives and favorites. And the commentating was some of the worst I’ve seen in years. But hey, Roger Mayweather was right 😉 if you don’t get that, he was talking about YOU!

Berlanga's profile did go up. But he needs to stay away from Diego Pacheco and Jaime Munguia. Those are too difficult and Berlanga would probably lose. Berlanga should go after the low hanging fruit, Caleb Plant. Plant struggled with a cab driver tonight and would get wiped out by Berlanga.
