Alternatively:
<ABT=58° (angle in alternate segment)
<BTQ = 65° (the same reason)
Therefore, <BTC = 65°/2 (line TC bisects <BTQ)
Also, <CBT = 180°-58° (sum of angles on a straight line)
<BTC + <CBT + <ACT = 180° (sum of interior angles of a triangle)
Substituting the values, we get <ACT = 25.5°
