Yes, they should be beautiful. I make burp cloths. A little different design but I do quilt them after I turn them right side out. That way I don’t need to bund. Love your way too.

I never thought about putting binding on the burp cloth’s. I turn mine inside out and stitch around the edges. Yours looks cuter!
