Did you say sealcoat fades in 5-6 years ? Brother been in the business since 1961. Commercial lot.... no sealer is lasting 5-6 years. In a few years the sealer is just about gone. Don't care what type of sealer or how you apply it. No sealer is lasting 5-6 years If that's what you're telling your customers. It's gonna bite you in the ass and you can say goodbye to repeat business
