Cook With Me | Japanese Soufflé Pancakes | YesHipolito

Hey guys! We're in my kitchen cooking Japanese souffle pancakes. I tried to cook these fluffy pancakes using a recipe I found on YouTube. When I saw them here on youtube and thought they looked super simple and I should give them a try lol! Even though it took two tries I'm pretty satisfied! I'll have to try it again to perfect it but hope you guys enjoy! I'll list the recipe I followed below!

To mix it without ruining the bubbles, you are suppose to "fold" the fluffy mixture into the other mixture. :)

Omg Im like yelling at my phone, “fold the sides of plastic down hold the middle with your hand and then fill it with the mix!” 😂

When they said mix it in without messing up the bubbles they ment fold it in with a spoon not a wisk . To keep the fluff you have to fold it in .

Late but I made it 😊 to not ruin the “bubbles” or fluffed egg whites, use the spoon you were using or a baking spatula and fold the egg whites into the egg yolks. If you use a whisk you’re breaking down the fluffed egg white. Just some advice (: also happy to see you upload! Missed Mukbang monday!

And if you want to preserve the bubbles (air) you have to use a flat spatula to fold in the egg whites, that makes the mix super airy and fluffy!
