I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 4 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
Enjoy!!!
Taco Soup
***(customize it to your liking)***
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
impossible meat
1 taco mix packet
spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)
