Demond Wilson put on an interview and went rogue. He is very direct about everything that he’s saying. 😂

If they wanted to glorify this man they picked the wrong person to interview.

This interview was too real for real for reporter. He tried to navigate the narrative and Demond gave him his own narratives.

I need a whole documentary from Demond Wilson’s perspective. His story feels necessary. Truth like this is mountain-breeze refreshing. Definitely going to read Second Banana…

Demond Wilson will always speak his mind. He's very direct so you never have to wonder what his opinion is.

Demond is telling his truth
as he was there from the beginning
to the end, and is the only original
cast member that is still alive.

Hats off to you, sir!

How Demond responds honestly without towing the company line 😂 The interviewer tried to get him to give Lear ALL the accolades, but Demond just told the truth (look up Eric Monte and Bud Yorkin if you want more). Much respect for Mr. Demond Wilson
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 💐

Damond is not about being diplomatic or political. He says what in his mind.

So great to see Demond! As a little kid we gathered around the TV as if these characters were family members coming to visit, or we were visiting them. My favorite was Sanford and Son, but we liked them all, really.

I love how Mr Wilson didn't let the interviewer shape the narrative. The interviewer wanted to spin things a certain way and Mr Wilson checked him every step of the way. You could see the frustration in the interviewer's face. Thank you Mr Wilson for giving it to us straight.

I still watch Sanford and son and people say you are watching it again and again. I tell them don’t you listen music again and again. Mr. Wilson stay blessed. Glad to see you.

My Dad was treated horribly when he came home as well. From my heart I have always deeply appreciated and honored our Vietnam vets. I loved Sanford and Son. Demond’s smile was a beautiful thing to behold. I wish him well.

And that my friend is telling it like it is...absolutely love and respect Demond Wilson! He is a treasure trove of that era of television and a truth teller. Deepest condolences to the Lear family.
