Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday offered prayers at Parvati Kund in Uttarakhand's Pithoragarh. Dressed in local traditional attire complete with a turban, he also played a power drum and conch shell while offering prayers at the spiritually significant Parvati Kund.
PM Modi also performed 'aarti' at the Shiva-Parvati temple situated along the banks of Parvati Kund in Jolingkong.
